Time: 7:30 am Start, Check-in opens at 6:30 am

Welcome to our Third Annual Run which benefits

Independence National Historical Park.

This year, we are not just going to run... we are going to change history!  Actually no, but we are going to have fun.

As the men who gathered in this space in 1776, you will have a choice to make... whether you would run on the Loyalist Team for Great Britain or if you will stand against taxation without representation and run as a Patriot for Independence.  The choice is yours and yours alone to make...

Proceeds from this year's run will go to the Law Enforcement Bicycle Patrol Fund which is a fund setup by Friends of Independence to purchase new bicycles and maintain the current fleet for the Law Enforcement Bicycle Patrol here at the park.

The Law Enforcement Rangers use the bikes to travel quickly over the 54 park acres to help protect our locals and visitors.  On average the bikes last no more than 2-3 years due to the hard conditions they are subjected to.  Our Law Enforcement Bicycle Patrol Fund will help keep the fleet efficient

This year, our course will take a different turn... many turns in fact.  This year's course will start on Independence Mall and take our runners through the streets of Old City, along Penn's Landing and through the many scenic paths of Independence National Historical Park.  No other run can claim a course like ours!

Runners (21 and over) $30

Student runners (20 or younger) $20
