The Friends are proud to introduce a new
Members Only Program
called INHP’s Building of the Year. 

Every year the Friends of Independence and IndependencePark will feature one of the buildings located within our 20 interactive urban walking museum.  The tour will be conducted in two parts, one with a member of our Cultural Resource Department talking about the architecture or collections of a particular building and the other half with one of our Interpretive Rangers who will tell the untold stories of our featured building.

Never done before, this program will give Friends Members an in-depth look at the wonderful buildings and areas that encompass this 20 city block interactive urban walking museum we call Independence National Historical Park and allow our members to view these spaces in a quiet, educational setting.  We hope you will join us for our Building of the Year.
